Shipping policy

Please note that the standard shipping rate is R100, excluding outlying areas.

We use the Courier Guy’s PUDO service for our shipping.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, we only only deliver to your door.

We will dispatch the goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 5 (five) to 10 (ten) business days after receipt of your payment.

Once your package has been dispatched, it may take 3-5 working days to be delivered.

If you would like to get updates on your order, please contact the courier depot in your area.

If you’d like to arrange collection, you can call us to approve your collection from our facility in Hazelwood, Pretoria.
